There aren’t many Victorian homes of this scale in Northwest Arkansas, and we were proud to help bring this one back to life. Our scope was extensive: we framed a new front porch, back porch, and carport—each one built to match the scale and elegance of the original architecture.

We build a lot of porches and decks, but the detailing here let us lean into the kind of finish work we love. From period-correct balustrades and turned columns to custom window trim, ball-and-dowel spandrels, and decorative corbels—every element was built with care and historical respect.

Beyond the additions, we also repaired or replaced much of the exterior façade, including siding, trim details, and window sills. With a fresh coat of paint and showstopping landscape work (by others), the home now stands as a true neighborhood landmark.
