Working on the Northwest Arkansas office of one of our favorite general contractors was a real pleasure. Our scope was focused and detail-driven: install the exterior façade and bring some thoughtful interior finish work to life.

For the storefront, they selected rift-sawn white oak—our namesake material—installed horizontally with a clean shadow line reveal that gives the facade depth and rhythm. Inside, we used stained dimensional lumber, suspended overhead to add volume and conceal the mechanicals above. Simple moves, done well, that elevate the space without overcomplicating it.
